Sales & Outings boss
To strengthen our Sales & Uitjesbazen team, we are looking for you: the contact person and business card for our customers. Someone who likes a lot of variety in the week.
This position is a "combination position. This means that approximately 40% of the time you will be working in the office and 60% of the time you will be on the road guiding and presenting the best outings. A combination of 'Sales boss' and 'Outings boss'.
This is a flexible position, where each week will look different in terms of layout. Generally, you will be in the office at the beginning of the week and will rotate out on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. In consultation with you, your schedule will be filled on Wednesdays for the following week. This does require flexibility.

What does this combination position entail?
1) Sales boss:
In this position you will have a lot of contact with customers. Both by phone and by e-mail. You are the one who has knowledge of all our outings. You provide appropriate advice and listen to the wishes of the customer. Your job is to arrange the trip from A to Z. Besides contact with customers, you are also in contact with the hospitality industry.
You work efficiently and in a structured way. Everything is clearly arranged for the customer, planning colleagues and our Uitjesbazen. You strive to satisfy our customers. This gives you a satisfied feeling. Together with the sales team you take care of new reservations, and therefore a full agenda!
2) Outing boss:
In this position you will ensure that our customers experience a unique outing and unforgettable day.
For this you will be on the road throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Every day is different, so your weeks are always full of variety. From presenting a Pubquiz to building an Escape Room and from a Bingo master to guiding a city game. You make sure that every outing runs smoothly and full of enthusiasm.
Thinking along in improving and renewing our offer is certainly also appreciated. Together with us, you will put the crown on every company outing!
