In teams of 4 to 5 players, you’ll step into a high-pressure mission. One teammate puts on the VR headset and suddenly… a virtual bomb appears, ticking down second by second. Meanwhile, the rest of the team holds a cryptic manual filled with instructions to defuse the bomb.

VR and teambuilding? Let us explain. To defuse the VR bombs, communication is key. The person wearing the VR headset must describe in detail what they see. The rest of the team must then search the manual for the correct instructions. Only by working together and sharing clear information can you stop the bomb. And yes, this leads to nerve-wracking – and often hilarious – moments.
“Are you sure I should cut the third wire? This is the yellow one! I think you’re wrong! Oh wait – we can move on to the next part of the bomb. Yes! Only 3 minutes left!”
Each bomb takes a maximum of 5 minutes to defuse. After that, the VR headset is passed on to another teammate. This way, everyone takes a turn both wearing the headset and acting as the “assistant” for the defuser. Reading, patience, communication, and stress – everything comes together in this intense VR activity. So the real question is: who will crack under the pressure of a ticking VR bomb?
