Are you not afraid to stand in front of large groups? Do you have a smooth talk and are you easy to get along with people? Then we are looking for you!

As an Outings boss, you have many job titles:

How about game leader, gamemaster, presenter, (event) host or host/hostess? So one minute you're game leader of an awesome city game and the next you're an event host for a group of 250+ people during a Quiz Show. The similarity? You turn every occasion into a party. You create impact and energy in others.

Step into the role of boss

As Uitjesbaas you will cross the Netherlands and Belgium to organize the best outings. As a real people person you love interaction and you have the necessary humor.

  • You are enthusiastic, driven and representative.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are easy to get along with people.
  • You are not afraid to stand in front of (large) groups.
  • You are flexible in terms of working hours.
  • You can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • You possess driving license B and don't mind driving a lot.

What can you expect from us?

  • A varied job full of freedom and responsibility.
  • Working on different days of the week.
  • Part-time or full-time opportunities (24-40 hours).
  • A good salary between €2,000 and €3,000, depending on age, hours and experience.
